Graduate of Washington Hospital School of Nursing
Nellie Mae Jaeger, 82, of Carolina Village, Hendersonville, N.C., died Monday, May 28, 2007, in Carolina Village Medical Center.  Mrs. Jaeger was born in Kane, a daughter of William H. and Myrtle Mason Crosier. She was the wife of George C. Jaeger, to whom she had been married for 50 years when he died in December 2003.  She was formerly of West Middletown and was a graduate of Washington High School and Washington Hospital School of Nursing. She moved to Hendersonville in 1981.
Surviving are a sister, Marjorie "Babe" McMullen and husband, Bill, of Coraopolis; a brother, William Harry Crosier and wife, Verna, of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.  Deceased are her sisters, Harriet E. McKinney and Betty J. Ott; and half brothers and half sisters Emerson Spicer, Norman Spicer, Myrtle Thomas, Cora Pierce and Pansy Jones.  Services will be private.
